Jackson Lake Rentals are CLOSED for the 2023 Summer and will return in the Spring of 2024.

Navigate the cool, clear waters of Jackson Lake located just minutes from Mountain High. Water sports such as swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding are available Friday - Sunday from 10am-5pm. For those seeking the thrill of the catch, indulge in a day of fishing as you cast your line and patiently wait for a bite. Jackson Lake is stocked with hundreds of Rainbow Trout several times a season.

Helpful Hints

  • Lifeguards may not be on duty. Swim, kayak, or paddle board at your own risk.
  • Sunscreen (minimum spf 30), lip balm, hat for sun protection, and insect repellent are recommended.
  • Water is highly recommended. A pocket snack is also good for quick energy.
  • Picnic areas have small charcoal grills. Please use grills carefully.


Parking is $10 on Fridays-Sunday. Parking is FREE with an annual Big Pines Pass for purchase at Jackson Lake or at the North Lodge for $30.
