Mountain High Resorts offers several options to change or cancel your reservation.  Guests who would like to cancel their reservation may do so using the Refund Request Form. Guests who would like to change an existing reservation may email ticket_audit@mthigh.com. Change requests are not applicable to the Refund Request Form. Please note, we are experiencing high call volumes. Please allow up to 48Hrs for a response. We appreciate your patience.

  • Cancelations made up to 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancelations made within 72 hours, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in a Return Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee).
  • Same-day changes, cancellations, or failure to appear will result in a full forfeit of your payment.

What Is A Return Voucher?

A Return Voucher is a form of credit issued to guests for cancelations made within 72 hours, up until the day prior to the scheduled date. Vouchers are issued at the full value of the activity purchased.

Return Vouchers expire at the end of the season and can only be used toward the same product/activity purchased.


Using Your Return Voucher

Return Vouchers are good for the current season only. To use your voucher, present it at any ticket window or email ticket_audit@mthigh.com at least 24 hours in advance. Some activities require a longer advanced purchase time frame.

Lift Tickets

Apply your Return Voucher by emailing ticket_audit@mthigh.com at least 24 hours in advance or present your voucher at any open ticket window. Please note, daily lift ticket sales are limited this season due to reduced operating capacities. Plan ahead and purchase in advance to guarantee resort access. Return Vouchers cannot be applied/redeemed online.

Rentals

For guaranteed equipment and sizes, apply your Return Voucher by emailing ticket_audit@mthigh.com at least 24 hours in advance or present your voucher at any open ticket window. Return Vouchers cannot be applied/redeem online.
