Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to never sell or trade your personal or contact information to 3rd parties. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
The Way We Use Information
We do use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:
- To present our Site and its contents to you.
- To fulfill any purpose for which you provide information.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.

Mountain High offers a newsletter that may be subscribed to at no cost. This provides weekly information on resort operations, ticket deals, and upcoming events. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, Mountain High never knowingly collects or maintains information on our Site from those under 13, and no part of our Site is directed at anyone under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will use our best efforts to delete the information as soon as possible.
All information accessed through the Site is in compliance with the required information security mandates of Article 32 of the GDPR. Specifically, Article 32 mandates the following:
