More than a foot of new snow fell overnight at Mountain High and, after being closed for the better part of a week, the Wrightwood resort is reopening for skiing and snowboarding tomorrow (Tuesday) from 8:30am to 4pm.

Skiing and snowboarding are terrific winter activities that should be enjoyed by everyone. Mountain High has now made it easier than ever to introduce friends to the sport with its Bring A Friend For Fun Package.

In order to increase the funding and upkeep of the Angeles National Forest, Congresswomen Judy Chu from the San Gabriel Valley sponsored HR 4858, a Bill that would have converted the Angeles National Forest to a National Recreation Area and been managed by the National Park Service.

Mountain High Resort is Southern California's closest winter resort with three great mountains and a world class terrain park only an hour and a half from down town Los Angeles.
