Risk Coordinator

Essential Job Duties
- Provide hands-on risk assessment guidance and direction to the departments
- Maintain resort safety programs and policies
- Communicate to Director of Risk any safety related issues and aid in addressing them in a timely manner
- Coordinate, support, and work closely with departmental managers with implementation of safety procedures, trainings, safety meetings and site inspections to minimize risk for employees and guests
- Ensure WE-RIPS training is included with all department training
- Work with Director to help maintain records and documentation as required by law and company procedures
- Performs daily, weekly site evaluations. Conducts visual assessments of facilities, and surrounding employee and guest areas
- Assist with the Monitoring and reviewing of all Patrol generated incident reports in the 1Risk Program, alerts Director of any potential concerns
- Secure and maintain records according to company document retention policy
- Assist with filing Workers’ Comp claims
- Ensure employee incident records are properly maintained, tracked and stored
Qualifications Should Include The Following
- Experience with Excel and Word
- Must have excellent guest service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must have Intermediate - Advanced Ski/Snowboarding skills
