That's a wrap on the 2026 H2O Winter Classic. Day 1 of the evnt kicked off right here at Mountain High under sunny skies with blistering Santa Ana winds keeping the ripping race track of a banked slalom course fast and firm. The comnpetitors sent it down the course in a best 2 out of 3 combined run for their overall scores. The energy was high throughout the day as both snowboarders and surfers cheered each other on. The day finished with food from Wahoos and the awards ceremony. Results were given out for the snowboarding leg of the event as the competition moved from the mountains to the pool.

Day 2 of the event took placed at The Palm Springs Surf Club under sunny 85 degrees perfect weather. Both surfers and snowboarders took to the pool as they chased the goal of trying to tame the machine made waves. It was pretty easy to see separation from the surfers and snowboarders. The surfers navagated the pool frontside and backside while the snowboarders tried to find thier footing. The vibes and comradeship between all athletes was second to none.

At the end of a very long and fun weekend it was Dante Madrigal taking hone the win in the Men's Pro Division and claiming top dog as the H2O Winter Classic Champion!

We well see you all again next season as this event is just getting started!
