Mountain High is inviting all Southern Californians to the resort Sunday 3/27 for a great day of spring skiing in support of a good cause. The popular ski area has partnered with UNICEF USA to help those impacted by the war in Ukraine.  As part of their annual spring break celebration, swimsuit-clad skiers & snowboarders who participate in their 1pm Polar Bear Run will receive a FREE Lift Ticket ($109 Value) valid that day only. 

To participate in Mountain High’s 3/27 Polar Bear Run, guests are required to make a minimum $25 donation to UNICEF USA. Cick the link then the “Donate” button top right to continue.

UNICEF helps support and protect the world's most vulnerable children. It is commonly accepted as one of the best charities to donate to with less than 3% of every dollar going to administrative fees.

Receipts for online donation must be presented at registration in order to claim the lift ticket. Guests must also wear a swimsuit (preferably white) a participate in tribute Polar Bear Run down Easy Street at 1pm (on Beginner terrain). Conditions may be cold so guests are advised to bring warm clothes to change into. Tickets may be picked up beginning at 8am at the West Resort, registration area. Skiing & snowboarding takes place from 9am-4pm. 

This promotion is limited to the first 100 participants.  Open to men and women, skiers and snowboarders. A reservation is not required. 

Polar Bear Run Schedule

  • 8:00 a.m. – Arrive early. Pick up ticket in the registration area. Bring Donation receipt, photo ID and completed Polar Bear liability form.  
  • 1:00 p.m. – Meet at the bottom of Snowflake Chairlift for photos and lift access.
  • 2:00 p.m. – Hashtag all photos with #mhpolarbearrun22 to win a 22/23 Season Pass. ($899 Value)
