Mountain High successfully opened today for the 2017-18 winter season. Roughly 1,000 guests donned skis and snowboards to hit the slopes for the first winter session of the season. This marks the 18th time in the past 20 years that Mountain High has been the first resort to open in Southern California.

“Opening day is officially here,” said John McColly, Mountain High chief marketing officer. “It took a little longer this winter, but it was well worth the wait. With so much snowmaking having recently taken place, opening day conditions are the best that we have seen here in years.”
