Open Season Rail Jam

It's Open Season at Mountain High, and we're hunting for the best snowboarders in Southern California. More than $10,000 in cash & prizes.

Open to men and women ages 16+, riders can set their sights on a freshly built course filled with iron animals. 

Helmets are required, and hunting-themed apparel is preferred — after all, only the sharpest hunters will survive. With more than $10,000 in cash and prizes up for grabs, every competitor will be out to bag their biggest bounty of the season. So line up your shot and join the hunt at Mountain High’s first rail jam of the season.

• $10 Entry Fee (Requires lift ticket or season pass to compete).
• Prizes for top 3 in each division
• HELMETS ARE REQUIRED

Divisions

• Men's Snowboard 16 and over 
• Women's Snowboard 16 and over
• 15 & Under Youth Snowboard (Combined boys and girls)

• Each competitor will get one intro run before the 45-minute jam and one outro run after. 
• The overall impression of the open jam and individual runs will determine the overall standings. 
• The top 5 from each division will advance to the finals. Each rider will get two runs in the final to try and better their score.

Schedule

• 8:00am-10:00am - Registration inside Big Pines Lodge.
• 10:30am - Riders meeting - at the top of the course.
• 10:30am-10:45am course maintenance
• 11:00am-3pm - Rail Jam Competition
• 3pm -Awards to be held directly after the competition at the top of the Playground
