I hereby grant permission to Mountain High Resort Associates, LLC. Mountain High doing business in Los Angeles County, California, to use my Video as possible promotional or educational tools on its web site or in other official printed publications in which they may or may not use for future promotional clips or other official or unofficial publications or appearances, without further consideration and free of choice, and I acknowledge the Resort's right to crop or treat the photograph at its discretion. I also acknowledge that the Resort may choose not to use my Video at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date in perpetuity.
Videogropher (participant(s)) is responsible for obtaining any and permissions to use any music used in the Video. This would include all rights for reproduction, titles, artist name, and year produced.
Furthermore, I hereby consent that such photographs, films and recordings, and the plates and/or tapes from which they are made shall be Mountain High’s property, and they shall have the right to sell, duplicate, reproduce and make other uses of such photographs, film recordings, places and tapes as they may desire, free and clear of any claim whatever on my part.
I do not now nor do I expect compensation for the use of my Video other than the prize (s) for my participation in the Mountain High Video War Event.  
I also understand that if my Video is posted on Mountain High’s website, the image can be downloaded by any computer user on or off site. Therefore, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Mountain High harmless from any and all claims.
The user of the resort area and premises agrees and understands that ALL forms of alpine activities, including the resorts "Video War Event" and not limited to skiing, and snowboarding, the associated use of surface or aerial lifts, are HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES involving exposure to inherent and other risks of injury, death or property damage or economic loss. These risks include, but are not limited to, continually changing weather conditions and visibility, surface and sub-surface snow or ice conditions, design and conditions of natural or man-made terrain features that may exist throughout the area , variations in terrain, moguls, bare spots, rocks, ruts, stumps, trees, lift towers, snowmaking equipment, poles, ropes, posts, grooming vehicles, snowmobiles, manmade rails, other terrain apparatus, uneven or slippery conditions, other participants and the failure to ski or board within one’s own ability. "Inherent and other risks exist for those who are in the process of approaching, loading, and unloading from aerial or surface lifts." In recognition of these risks, I VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE that might be associated with or a result from these activities. As a condition of being permitted the use of this resort, lifts and trails, I AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND PROMISE NOT TO BRING A CLAIM AGAINST OR SUE Mountain High Resort Associates, LLC., its parent company, owners, employees, agents, officers, directors, and other landowners from any and all liabilities on account of, in any way resulting from personal injury, death or property damage, whether caused by NEGLIGENCE or by any other reason ,"to the fullest extent allowed by law."
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT. I agree that any claim that I may bring be filed in the Courts of Los Angeles County, North District, California and shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
I understand and agree that this agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law, and if any portion is held invalid, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.
