To book your reservation, complete these 3 easy steps:
1. Download forms "Guidelines" and the appropriate "Worksheet" (See below – Group Documents)
2. Acknowledge you have read and understand the "Guidelines". Complete the "Worksheet". (Changes can be made to the worksheet the day of your trip.)
3. Email completed forms to Groupsales@mthigh.com or Fax documents to 760-316-7896.
-Forms are PDF files which can be filled out and returned without printing.
-Documents must be received at least four days prior to your trip.
-Call for exceptions.

*A deposit of $300 is required on all rentals. Or a single deposit of $1,000.00 (cash or check) can be arranged for the entire group. A credit card may also be put on file. Please note, the credit card will not be charged unless the equipment returns damaged or not at all.
