Las Vegas Downtown Throwdown

Pfahler Production’s Las Vegas Throwdown is a convergence of the world’s best athletes competing in the world’s most exciting sports. BMX, skiing and snowboarding pros will take over an entire city block in Downtown Las Vegas. The 85,000-square-foot Downtown Las Vegas Events Center will be transformed into a state-of-the-art action sports playground with impressive lighting and sound elements as well as DJs and live acts on the main stage. Hosted by skate legend and X-Games emcee Dave Duncan, activations within this thrilling space include ski/snowboard face-offs on ParkFab’s custom-built rails and jumps, covered in 30 tons of chipped ice, and Monster Energy Drink’s custom-built BMX Big Air jump. Attendees will get in on the action with the opportunity to launch themselves off the 20-foot Zero Shock Jump into a stunt airbag or get sideways in an adult Big Wheel during the Monster Trike race. This all-ages event will offer more than 40 action sports vendor booths with all the latest gear, a 21+ craft beer tent, full-service bars and bites from Las Vegas’ most popular food trucks.
