We have openings for administrative assistants in the following departments (when filling out an application please select which department you wish to apply for and list admin in the notes):

  • Food & Beverage (we have 6 onsite venues with appx 145 total employees)
  • Mountain Operations (over 22 On-hill departments with over 300 total employees)
  • Winter Sports School (over 200 total employees)

Assisting the department managers with, but not limited to, the following list:

  • Contacting potential employees
  • Processing personnel forms
  • Maintaining department training files and other documents
  • Posting and preparing time sheets for submission to payroll
  • Issue and/or collect uniforms
  • Scheduling and maintaining staff levels based on resort needs
