Some Essential Duties:

  • Hire, train and motivate F&B Staff
  • Plan, organize, and manage operations and staff of up to 7 venues resort-wide
  • Handle high customer volume and flow in all venues
  • Coordinate activities with other Mountain High departments for marketing and operational events to ensure the smooth functioning of the F&B operations.
  • Identify/Solve problems or deficiencies related to department
  • Oversee inventory and ensure proper inventory controls
  • Maintain compliance in departmental quality, as it relates to industry wide standards.
  • Ensure that employees are in compliance with cash handling and other mountain operations' policies & procedures
