Some Essential Duties:
- Hire, train and motivate F&B Staff
- Plan, organize, and manage operations and staff of up to 7 venues resort-wide
- Handle high customer volume and flow in all venues
- Coordinate activities with other Mountain High departments for marketing and operational events to ensure the smooth functioning of the F&B operations.
- Identify/Solve problems or deficiencies related to department
- Oversee inventory and ensure proper inventory controls
- Maintain compliance in departmental quality, as it relates to industry wide standards.
- Ensure that employees are in compliance with cash handling and other mountain operations' policies & procedures
