Mountain High offers a refund option for pass holders to safeguard their purchase against qualified occurrences. Please read these details carefully prior to purchasing your pass.
There will be NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER on any Season Pass unless the INSURANCE OPTION IS PURCHASED WITHIN 14 DAYS of the pass purchase. The amount of the refund, for those who have purchased the option, is based on the pro-rates noted below and on the date when the written refund request is received by Mountain High Resort.
Refunds will only be considered for the following qualified occurrences:

Medical condition/injury that prohibits you from participating in the sport for at least 30 consecutive days during the season.

Call to active military duty or military leave is revoked.

Pregnancy or childbirth (must occur after the pass is purchased and must be verified by medical records).
The cost of purchasing the refund option is $30 for each adult pass and $20 for each child's pass. The cost of the refund option is non-refundable.
