2) Season Pass Insurance:  Mountain High Season Passes are not refundable under any circumstance and we are no longer offering carry-over credits.  However, SkierGuard Insurance can protect you against loss of pass use due to unexpected injury or illness which lasts at least 30 days of the season. Accidental Death/Dismemberment Insurance up to $10,000 and Emergency Evacuation Insurance up to $15,000 are also provided while skiing or snowboarding at Mountain High.

INTERNET ORDERS: For the quickest processing, purchase your season pass here online (credit card is required). You will need the passholder's general information (name, address, phone, email, birth date) and the purchaser's credit card information. Please note there is a $10.00 processing fee per pass and orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive a detailed confirmation letter denoting your purchase and how to pick up your pass.

Mountain High operators are available from 10am - 6pm Monday through Saturday and 10am - 4pm on Sunday.  When ordering by phone, please have the passholder's general information (name, address, phone, email, birth date) and the purchaser's credit card information ready. ON-SITE ORDERS: The Season Pass Office is located at the East Resort next to the Ticket Windows.   Office hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays.  Please bring a valid photo ID, your confirmation letter and/or confirmation number if purchased over the internet. If you purchased your pass with a credit card, please bring the card for a physical imprint. If you are reactivating your current season pass, please bring it with you.

Children's season passes for ages 7 to 12 are just $129. Children 6 and under receive a free season pass with the purchase of an Adult Season Pass.  Limit two (2) Children's Season Passes (free or sale) per adult pass purchased.

Children turning 13 before March 1st, 2010, are required to purchase an Adult Season Pass (birth certificate required). Children turning 7 before March 1st, 2010, are required to purchase a Child's Season Pass (birth certificate required).

At the end of the internet purchase, your credit card information is sent directly to Verisign, an industry leader in online processing. The card will either be accepted or declined. If it was accepted, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which you may keep as a receipt.
