Mountain High Ends 2011/12 Season On A HIGH Note

Mountain High officially closed yesterday, April 16th, putting an end to one of its longest seasons on record spanning 160 days and six different months.  The perception may be one of a lackluster winter with little to no snow but the reality is far different.

Mountain High To Re-Open This Saturday & Sunday

Mountain High Resort in Wrightwood just announced it will RE-OPEN this Saturday and Sunday, April 14th & 15th, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  Yesterday’s storm left the area with four inches of new snow and forecasters are calling for another six tomorrow meaning conditions could be exceptional this weekend.
 
Says John McColly, VP of Sales and Marketing, “This will be the last hoorah of the season so come and join us.  Please use any remaining tickets or vouchers you may have because they will expire at the end of day Sunday.”

$5,000 Easter Egg Hunt Returns To Mountain High

Mountain High, Southern California’s closest winter resort, announced the return of its annual Easter Egg Hunt April 8th with more than $5,000 in prizes including two 2012/13 season passes. 

There are actually two Hunts in all.  The first beginning at 8:30am is for adults and takes place throughout the West Resort.  The guest who finds the golden egg wins an Adult Anytime Season Pass valued at $699.  Other prizes include 8-Hour lift tickets, Night Tickets, food & retail discounts, and, of course, plenty of Easter candy.
