"Calling all snow seekers.”  Recent storms have left the local mountains covered in new snow and Mountain High’s North Pole Tubing Park is now open for the holidays.  Up to six lanes are available accessed by two moving carpets.  Nothing is better than enjoying family around a warm fireplace on a snowy winter day.  And the North Pole Tubing Park is where Southern California does just that.  Located an hour and a half from downtown Los Angeles, the snow is easy to find at Mountain High and there is never any mountain driving.

Mountain High is proud to announce a special engagement opening of its North Resort this Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 4pm.  Located just ¾ of a mile from Mountain High West, the North Resort offers 70 acres of terrific beginner to intermediate terrain, one quad chair lift, and a 6,000 sq ft base lodge with restaurant facilities and giant, log-burning fireplace.  Without snowmaking, the North Resort relies on Mother Nature but luckily for skiers and snowboarders 18 inches of new snow has fallen in recent weeks making this opening possible.
