Put down that beach ball and pick up your snowboard because Mountain High is trucking in 60 tons of snow Saturday, October 3rd, for the 2015 Buck Off Season Pass Rail Jam.  Originally held in 2005, the Buck Off is a signature pre-season event that sets the stage for the coming winter.  This October it’s back and taking place on the streets of Wrightwood, CA.  Aside from the early-season shred session, guests can stroll through the vendor village, buy or sell equipment in the giant ski & snowboard swap, and chow down on chili from the annual Chili Cook-off.

New for 2015/16, Powder Alliance pass holders now receive three FREE days at Brian Head, UT!  That’s a $162 value.

Brian Head is Utah’s highest winter resort with a base elevation of 9,600 feet.  It receives more than 400 inches of famous Utah snow annually and was the only ski/snowboard resort in the United States to be honored as a “Top 10 Getaway for Family Travelers” by the Family Travel Forum.

Says the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, "There is a greater than 90% chance that El Nino will continue though the winter of 2015/16, and around an 80% chance it will last into early spring."

Southern California’s light winters have left pass holders wanting more and Mountain High Resort in Wrightwood has taken notice.  New for the 2015/16 season, Mountain High is offering a “Winter Guarantee” to Powder Alliance pass holders that credits them up to 50% of next year’s pass if it is used four (4) times or less.
