Thanks to everyone who took a walk down memory lane with us at the premiere of our newest film #WOODWORTH.  Since the 1930's, Big Pines has been a meca for snow sports and pioneers like Dick Woodworth helped pave the way for the lifts, trails, and snowmaking we enjoy today.  20 tons of snow set the stage and the day began with a Burton Riglet exhibition for kids 10 and under followed by hours of shredding on three snow features including two, natural-style logs and the Podium Box.  There were vendors, games, DJs, giveaways, and more.  Just af

Before resorts began building monolithic parks with features that resembled staircases and skyscrapers, skiers and snowboarders used the natural terrain to get creative.  This season Mountain High is bringing it back to its roots with its first “All Natural” terrain park called Woodworth Gulch.  Keeping true to the soul of winter sports, this new park is filled top to bottom with features made entirely from natural elements including rainbow rails, flat down logs, tree bonks, and more.
