ACT ONE (1) - APPLYING FOR A JOB

 
Choose a Department you’d like to Star in

Scene 1: Getting an Application (CLICK HERE to download Application)

  • Fill it out, print it, & bring it with you during Scene 2
  • Minors Application must be signed by a parent or guardian

Scene 2: Turning in your Application

  • Bring Application with you to HR for a Brief Interview on Nov 8th, 9th or 10th
  • East Resort, 2-story Building, between 8:30am & 3:30pm
  • No Hiring Decisions Made During the Interviews

Hints:

  • Dress for Success! You get only One Chance to Make a Good 1st Impression!
  • It’s OK to Arrive Anytime during the hours Listed in Scene 2 (we are NOT hiring this day)
  • You may have to be outside for awhile; Bring a Jacket—it gets cold in the Mountains!
  • Check out our Employee Dress Code (CLICK HERE to download dress code); if you are hired, you will need to follow it; if you won’t follow it, we can’t hire you.


ACT TWO (2) - GROUP AUDITIONS

 
Scene 1:
Invitations to Auditions are Emailed or Phoned

  • Invitations will be out November 12th & 13th
  • Specific Audition Date & Time will be assigned to Applicants; Allow 30 minutes for Audition
  • No Hiring Decisions made during Auditions

Hints:

  • Be on Time (no late entrees—no excuses)!
  • Show-up! Show Off! Have Fun!


ACT THREE (3) - WRAPPING UP THE HIRING PROCESS

 
Scene 1: Interview & Audition Results

  • Combined Scores for Interviews & Auditions are forwarded to Department Managers

Scene 2: The Managers Follow Up

  • Managers call Successful Candidates for in-person Interviews Nov. 23 – Nov. 30

Scene 3: Call Backs Made

  • Managers invite their New Employees in to Process
  • You come to HR to Process (to complete your New Hire Paperwork)


ACT FOUR (4) - LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION!

 
Scene 1: Opening Day!

  • Our Guests Arrive
  • You’re On Stage!
  • Show Up! Show Off! Have Fun!
