I have been a pass holder for the past 8 years and have never experienced worse lines for renewal. I know there will always be a line, but this was just incredible. Please do not ever move renewal to west. Why would anyone want to wait 3 hours to get there pass!!!! I hope there is some sort of compensation made to the passholders that visited opening day as it was one of the worst days I have experience at mt high.
