Hey,
so I went on the 9th of September and bought an adult season pass so I could get the free buddy ticket. But I did not sign the release until today (the 11th). I saw that it said orders would not be processed until the release is signed today so I jumped on it and got that squared away but now i'm wondering if I am still going to get the free buddy pass because I purchased it before the 10th, but didn't sign the release until the 11th?

Yes, you most certainly will get your free ticket.  The only thing that matters is the date of purchase.
