How do beginners get down from the top of East?

I'd like to take my kids to the top of East to try Discovery and to eat at the Grand View Bistro. How do we get up there and how do we get down? They're just beginners.

Hey, you can actually take mountain high express up and down the hill if you don't want to ski or ride down.
