Hey me and my gf came up yesterday and she is a beginner so I checked to make sure the beginner lift was open it said it was open online we got to the mt. And it didn't open till 1 and closed at three I paid for a whole day ticket to watch your employees throw snowballs at each other for half of the day when they shoulda been opening the lift.

We're terribly sorry.  We were staggering power between the lifts and the snowmaking system and Snowflake didn't open until noon.  Traditionally it will open around 10am midweek, 9am weekends and holidays.  We're sorry for the inconvenience.
