A suggestion. On your tab for road conditions on the snow report page, why not put this link on Hwy 2 conditions up there?  http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/roadinfo/sr2

Obviously, conditions change rapidly. That way instead of saying "roads are clear and no restrictions" all day when you do the report once or twice a day, people will know where to get updated and current info.

p.s. chains have been required since about 1PM from the county line to the mountain.

Good call.  We'll find a way to work it in there.

Thanks

Which link would you prefer?  The one you suggested which only covers Hwy 2?  http://www.dot.ca.gov/hq/roadinfo/sr2

Or this one which includes Hwy 138, I 15, etc?  http://www.dot.ca.gov/cgi-bin/roadla
