I was EXTREMELY dissapointed with the season pass process I as well as many others, had to go through yesterday. I arrived at 10:30 and waited in line ( the wrong line ) then waited in the right line only to have to go to another line in order to process my renewal as well as those of my two kids. I was finished just prior to 12:00. I can understand some wait but it was ridiculous and the process is obviously broken. Please recognize that we are your customers. You are not the only show in town. Please, impress me this season because so far, I am not...

Thank you for your post.  It was a very tough day I agree.  We had a major power outage at our East Resort where we normally take care of season passes, so we had to go to plan B.  Unfortunately, West Tickets is not ideal for the masses.  We just didn't have another choice.

We do appologize for the inconvenience of yesterday.  Today, everything is back to normal and moving very smoothly at East.

Yesterday is thankfully behind us and we'll work hard at making all our guests days hassle-free in the beautiful days to come up here at Mountain High!

Thanks MamaC,

I understand and appreciate the effort especially when you have to "punt" I just want to make sure that the mountain as a whole remembers that their customers do come first. It can be easy to forget when faced with adversity. Lets hope for a great winter!
