Please help me....been trying to renew my pass all day to be qualified for the promos that you are offering if you buy before the 5th. I been getting an error all day saying that I am not found in the system. Authentication Failed
Eror No.: -6105 Error Message: No person found

I want to purchase and be qualified for the promos!!!! Please help!!!
