I've been using the same pass for about 4 years...it's not as sensitive to opening gates as it once was. Can I renew my pass and get a new card or would a new card cost me $$ ?

A new card traditionally costs $10 but if you can make a case that it's defective, our wonderful season pass staff "might" make an exception for you.  Use the "you get more honey with flies than vinegar" approach.  seasonpass@mthigh.com or 888 754 7878 ext 2.
