Hi,

I for some reason thought that I got two free 8 hour passes with my season pass (which I bought 10/22/2010), but the people at the ticket window said that's only if you bought it during August. However, in one of the other posts you said to someone that they could pick up their extra tickets and they had bought their pass in October. What's the true story?

No, that was a special promotion for guests who bought their season pass during the first week of the sale.  I'm sorry.
