I was up at East yesterday (12/30/10) and the lift was stopping about every 2 minutes or so and stay stopped for a minute or two.
It would take about 10 minutes to get to the top. What was going on? I understand people fall and you have to stop it but why was it staying stopped for so long?

Also I would like to add that morning I was heading up I checked the Mt. High phone app and it said there were features on east but there wasn't.
I have noticed that the app does not work very well, if I am going to pay money for the app I would expect it to work.

We've had some challenges with the Mountain High Express this season but we are getting them worked out.  Please accept my apologies for the delay.

The app says there are features at East?  What section might that be in so I can check.  It was certainly not part of our morning updates I'm having trouble imagining where that might be.

It was under park, but I always have problems with the app.
Not displaying correct temps and not the right photos and what not.
