...will I still be able to use it for the free ticket? My understanding is that it is valid on the day it expires but obviously not the next. Does the High abide?

You shouldnt have any problems with that. I would suggest to bring a second form of I.D. just to be safe tho Smiley. Hope this helps, and happy birthday!
