I purchased a 3-peat pass for my sister and I at big 5 so we got little cards. I was wondering what is the process when we want to go. Do we just show up and go to the rental shop and a lesson or do we have to make reservations?

No reservations necessary.  Please stop by the ticket windows first.  There you will pick up your tickets, rental forms and lesson vouchers.  Next stop is rentals and then on to your lesson.  See you soon.
