injury vouchers

i think you really need to consider giving people injury vouchers.  I took my little brother 2 years ago and he broke his arm 2 hours into the day.  When I called and spoke to customer service I requested a half-day ticket (even if just in my bros name) since he was only 2 hours into the day, but whoever it was said they don't do that.  I have friends that go to various resorts across the West every year and they all give injury vouchers.  Would be nice if you guys could (if you don't already) allow people to return with a half-day ticket until the end of the season

I would get a little clarification on that.  I know we used to give injury vouchers (would have to check to see if we still do) but they always had to be redeemed the day of.  In other words, you couldn't call the next day to get your ticket vouchered.

It is no big deal now.  But 2 years ago when it happened we asked and they said they don't do injury vouchers.  If you do now that is good to here, unless whoever I spoke to before was ill-informed
