I Just Wanted To Address These Issues With You Guys...

So I Went Up Saturday Morning To Ride With My Group Of Friends (4) To Be Exact, This Would Be My Last Time And Final Ride This Season...

1. So When I Got There; There Was A Line (Of Course) Very Disorganized To Say The Least You Couldn't Even Tell Where It Started Or Ended, That Bad... down Question Why Don't You Guys Have Sumthing That Makes Things Easier Like Posting Lines That Define Each Row So Everything Is Coordinated, You Have That For Getting On The ChairLifts So Why Not As For Getting A Ticket Huh Make Sense?? Roll Eyes

2. So I Wait In This Disorganized Line To Take My Passes Off My Six-Pack Card And When I Got To The Window I Ask If All My Passes Could Be Taken Off, The Lady Replied "I'm Gunna Need To See The Group You Are With Because We Have Been Having Issues With (Sumthing All Day)" I Dunno What That Was... Probably Something With People Selling Six Pack Tickets I Dunno.... 
   A. Question: With It Being The End Of Season And The Majority Of People Coming To The Mountain With (Probably Six-Pack Tickets) And You Guys Knowing That People Would (Might Be Selling Them Out) Atleast Passes They Wont Be Using; Then Why Do You Not Have Mt.High Employees Walking Around Telling People "They Must Have A Group (Or Number Of People With You To Get How Many Passes At The Window If You Are Using A SIX-PACK CARD)"  Make Sense??  Roll Eyes Why Must I Waste My Time When Information Can Be Easily Spread Before I Get To The Window (Hence Wasting TIME) down

3. So After Wasting 15-20 Mins In A Disorganized Line And "NOT" Being Told About Or That You Need The Same Number Of People With You At The Window For That Amount Of Tickets Being Used... I Had To Gather The Group And Wait In The Same Line  down YET AGAIN For Another 15 Mins To Get My Passes  wtf You Guys Honestly Don't Know How To Run A Business Or Coordinate Your Employees To Give People Updated Information Or Situations Occurring At That Time  down

Now This Was A Saturday Near The End Of The Season I Couldn't Imagine A Mid Season Saturday And How Disorganized This Problem Would Be... I Have Been To All The Local Resorts In Socal Bear Mountain,Snow Summit, Snow Valley, Mt Baldy And Your Resort FAILS Miserably...

Just Wanted To Let You Guys Know This So You Could Change This For Next Season And Hopefully Made It Better For Us Customers!! Thanks!

So sorry you had to wait in line.  Twice.  I know how frustrating that must have been.  Please let me know how we can make it up to you.

Yes, people have been cashing in all their 6-pack tickets and then selling them in the parking lot so we're doing out best to only print out those tickets that will be used that day.  I apologize if that wasn't communicated before hand.
