if im under 18 but have a pass, do you still need the signature or not since you already have it?

Yes, you will still need a parent's signature to rent equipment if you are under 18.  Please download the release here http://www.mthigh.com/rates/documents/RentalForm_09-10.pdf and bring it with you.
