When it says lower mountain lift ticket, does that include roadrunner?

Also, is it absolutely mandatory that I be a first-timer. I am considering taking skiing lessons, but if I bring my snowboard, can I take lessons and then snowboard, or just ignore the lessons and go snowboarding instead?

Yes, it sure does.

Yes, that's fine.  You don't have to take the lesson.  But please note you can't upgrate to all mountain tickets on the 2nd or 3rd visit if you haven't completed the lessons.  And you won't get the free tickets at the end of the program either.
