HELP! I can't renew my season pass.

Whenever I fill out all my information and click submit instead of giving me a confirmation number it just goes to some page that says "Oops! An error has occured on the site. If this problem persists, please contact the site administrator." I already checked the order history to see if it went though and the search finds no recent purchases. I hope someone gets back to me soon about this because I don't wanna miss out on the $299 deal, considering this is the last day.
