Season Pass Liability Form

I was going to ride up with my friend to take care of the season pass photos and everything but I'm under 18.
What can i do so that my parents wont have to also come up and sign the liability waiver?

Please have both of them notarized with a parent's signature and bring them with you.  Please bring a valid photo ID of yourself as well.  Best wishes.

where am I suppost to have my parents sign the terrain park safety release?

I see one spot for a printed name,  one spot for a signature, and one for a date...
is that my info? or just my parents

Good question.  They can sign anywhere at the bottom.  And I'll make that suggestion to have the form improved for next year.
