Season Pass Updates????

I know I have asked this before, but whats the chances of me being able to purchase a season pass on 10/30/09?
I know the last day of the sale is the 31st but it also says or until sold out.

So will it be sold out? I dont want to miss out on the sale but I wont have the funds till then.
