To the Director of Marketing, I sent an email to seasonpass@mthigh and I received my confirmation email. Thank you. In the attachment that came with the email, it said under status that i was "On Hold." Does this mean I have something else to resolve or am I ready to go to Mt. High, with my number and ID, and pick up the pass?

Are you by chance under 18?  In most cases a pass will remain "on hold" until we have all the liability forms back.

No, I am 19. In the confirmation email I didnt see any liability forms that would need to be taken care of. My bank statement shows that I've been charged the $309 though. Anything I'd need to do?

No, if you are 18 or over your releases are signed digitally during the purchase process.  It sounds like your transaction is complete...but it's still showing "on hold?"
