Hi I ordered my season pass a few days ago. It was posted that they would give me some confirmation letter via e-mail, which I haven't received yet. When do they usually arrive, and after I get it how do I pick up the pass?

Your confirmation email should come right away.  Please email us at seasonpass@mthigh.com with your full name and confirmation number if you have it so we can look up your account.
