So, still no resolution on my account issues.  I've sent 5 emails : 1 to seasonpass@mthigh.com and 4 to john@mthigh.com
My email address associated with my alect006 account works fine and well.  There is no reason I couldn't receive an incoming email.  I have tested the address (incoming and outgoing) multiple times since this first occured.

My address and username is not "ALTEC006"...  It is "alect006" 
Is it possible you made a typo?  Is it possible I made a typo when changing my email address and typed "altec006" instead of "alect006"?

And tonight, I just tried to register another account so I can view the members only sections.  I used my other email that was originally used on my account.  I have not received an activation for that account either.

So, as I've been trying to explain...  There is presumably a problem with the forum servers.  This is not an isolated incident.  It has happened to me, and others, that have posted in this FAQ section of the forum.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution.  I also would like an answer to my questions about tampering.  I have previous stated that my secret question answer is being rejected.  This is impossible, unless my account has been tampered with or forum servers are corrupting incoming data.  So which is it?
My new account is "double06"
My old account is "alect006"
Both of my email addresses are working perfectly.

Yes, that was a typo.  I've simply been hitting reply.  But apparently there is something on your side that is blocking it.  I've spoke with our IT folks regarding the issue and everything seems to be funtioning well on our side.

If you have a season pass issue, please call us at 888-754-7878 (press 1 then 2) and we'll resolve your issue promptly.

I manually activated your double06 account and made some changes to the alect006.  Please check your new mrh email for details.
