Hi, I just ordered an adult season pass together with 2 passes for under 6 years of age 2 mins ago.
I was wondering how long before everything is processed??

If ever the passes sell out and for some reason my order is still on hold, am I still covered by the discount

I just dont wanna miss the great deal. I cant afford all 3 passes without the deal.

The childrens's passes wont be fully processed until you come to pick them up and we get physical signatures on their liability forms.  But yes, your transaction is complete and you were charged the discounted rate.

I checked my order status and its still on hold...
I checked my email and received no messages from Mt HIgh in my inbox, bulk, spam etc.

Do I still need to do anything aside from liability forms for the kids?? I know it's only been a day since I bought them,
I'm just a lil worried coz I checked my bank account and there's like 3 pending $329 transactions from Mt High and my girl is gonna kill me if she see's that and  I'll have a lot of explaining to do that I'm afraid I cant back up for now coz I dont have any copy of the the transaction nor any receipt's or confirmations..

I just want everything to be final so I would have a peace of mind.
Please do inform me if I'm still missing anything in order to complete and finalize the transaction.
And if I can get a copy of some sort of invoice, I'd very much appreciate it.

And it happened....

I need assistance badly.. My bank account has 3 transactions pending for $329 EACH! On my order history it clearly indicates that my total is $329 and that's it. I am deeply worried about the $658 pending on my account. That amount of money is no joke! My available balance now is NEGATIVE and i might be facing overdraft fines because of it.

Please get back to me as soon as you can.
I hope we can fix this matter...

Actually I made sure that i hit the submit button only once cause i saw the reminder beside the button. What happened was i got stopped by Fraud Detection on my first 2 input because i put the wrong address.. I forgot i was using my girls card. What I was wondering was how did it go through my account if my first 2 trasactions was stopped by Fraud Detection.. 

Anyway I called u guys this morning and they told me that they were gonna call my bank and fix it then call me this afternoon.

I just checked my bank and its still the same.. ima try to call your office now and see whats up..
 Hope you guys still open..

Anyway thanks for all the help!!

** UPDATE **

Everything's fine now.. Thanks to Kathy Edmiston of Audit Department! She immediately took care of the matter and everything was settled the first time i called them. Just one note, wouldn't it be easier for all of us if the transaction were not to go through when a fraud has been detected? Just my 2 cents from my experience. Anyway, Your costumer service was wonderful! I'm really impressed! Thank you for making it easy for us...

One last thing.
Will my order still be on hold unless I take care of the liability forms for my two 6 yr old and under age passes??

Your pass should be (is) good to go however the childrens passes will remain on hold until you come in to sign their liability forms.
