John,
    I noticed the post from pfunk to which you replied to today.  He has the same issue as I do.  The automatic mail is NOT working.  And, has not been working for almost 2 weeks.
I sent you an email as requested from my address to john@mthigh.com on 10/10/09...  As of yet, I have not received a reply.
Can we please get this resolved today?

It looks like I may not be getting all of your emails for some reason.  My apologies.  The last one I responded to was on the 9th.

I will have someone from the season pass office get back to you today at the email address listed.

In the future, if you would like to save yourself some time, feel free to email the season pass office directly at seasonpass@mthigh.com
