I bought a season pass for the first time about four days and I did not get a confirmation email from mthigh. I looked through my order history and it says that my season pass order is still on hold. Its been a little more than four days. Whats going on? Thanks.

Please check your junk box to make sure the confirmation is not in there. There is a chance your pass is on hold because we are waiting on the liability info that is contained therein.  If not, please email us at seasonpass@mthigh.com and we'll look it up manually.  Operators are available 7 days a week from 10am to 4pm.
