Hmmmm.  That's a good question.  I'm guessing not but as a Notary, she would know the legalities of it better than you or I.  If, by chance, you live with your father as well, she could simply notarize his signature.  Hope that helps.

yes i live with both my parents and i just asked my mom and she said she could do it. another question, can i copy my liability forms and have them emailed so i do not have to go to the season pass line?
