I sent you an email 2 days ago, as you told me to do.  I want to get back into my account. 
Everytime I try to resend the verification email, it says "an error has occured", at the same time it's saying "the message has been sent successfully"...  there obviously is some kind of issue with your servers.

Can you please activate my new email address, so I can log on to my account? 
I've been waiting for your response for 2 days now, and this makes a total of 7 or 8 days I've been locked out of my account.  This is getting ridiculous.
