I have a couple questions before I submit my application to Mt. High. First, if there is no way to get to the mountain due to road conditions and I have to work that day, what would happen? Second, I was talking to a friend of mine and he said he had some friends that worked there and carpooled together. Since they carpooled he said that they got the same hours. Is this true?

That does happen sometimes, and traditionally we'll work with you to get you up here, but chances are if you "can't" make it up, alot of other people can't make it up either.  If it happens time and again though, and other people can make it up, then you'd have a problem.

Carpooling does not dictate hours.  If you all arrived at 8am but your not scheduled to work until 9am, you can't clock in at 8am.
