Where is my season pass?

I received an e-mail about a signature confirmation from you guys on Friday but my pass hasn't arrived yet. My sister got her pass in the mail already and we went up the same time to take our picture. My gf also hasn't received her pass too. Where did it go? It shouldn't take more than 2 days tops for the pass to get to me.

The address that was posted on the envelope that my sister received with her pass had the wrong address. How can I correct this mistake?
